This was taken from Highway 28 or the "Old Mesilla Highway" a week ago. This is one of my favorite roads to travel on my motorcycle.

Highway 28

Here's a bicyclist on Highway 28 also known as the Old Mesilla Highway. This is one of my favorite highways to take on a weekend ride. It leads to Old Mesilla, New Mexico from west Texas and is very popular among bikers. It is a very scenic 2 lane road with nice stops such as wineries and farms along the way.

Transmountain road Sunset

This is one of my personal favorite shots. I took this while watching the sun go down from Transmountain road. Transmountain has quickly become one of my favorite shooting sites.

Here's another one of my more popular photos. No surprise that it is a moon shot.

White Sands

This is quickly becoming one of my most popular photos. It was taken at White Sands National Monument during the solstice moon. There was a thunderstorm moving in when I shot this. The photo is looking towards Alamogordo and you can see a lightning strike in the middle of the clouds.

Here are a couple of shots from my Sunday drive. They both were taken on the Rio Grande close to Canutillo TX. I really like taking photos in and around this area. I also like seeing the Rio Grande full of water. I'm not sure why but it makes me feel good knowing that some of this water is making it past the Franklin Canal.
